Shipping policy
An order starts processing after 24 hours of payment.
Jewelry in stock is transferred to the courier or postal service within 3 (three) business days after starting the processing stage.
Most of our products are made based on orders. The items that are currently available are placed in the collection In stock. For jewelry that is not currently in stock, the production time may take up to 14 business days, and for Renkel Fine Jewelry, it may take up to 30 business days to complete the production process.
After this period or earlier, an order is transferred to the courier or postal service within 3 (three) business days.
We reserve the right to change the term of the production stage at any time in the processing stage.
You will receive a notification that the order status has changed.
Information for international buyers:
We want to inform you that the receiver is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and customs duties for shipments from outside of the receiver's country.
