Cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order. After 24 hours, no order cancelations are permitted.
If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact us at email@example.com or support within 24 hours of your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item (-s) must be in the same condition that you received it with a visible production defect, unworn or unused, with tags (if so), and in its original packaging. You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to submit your return due for a valid reason.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or support, providing proof of the manufacturer's defect through high-quality photographs. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Items for returns or exchange are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or repair by an outside jeweler or damage in any way will not be accepted and returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). Hands Remember reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
